It's been a while! How's your Summer going so far? I've been busy working and relaxing but I thought it was time I reached out and said hey. I took a trip to Salou in Spain last month and I've been collaborating with some amazing clients over the past few months including the brand launch of this awesome start up - The Chika Collective.

I’m also excited to share with you the latest episode of my podcast, where I sat down with Susan C. Allen Augustin, the incredible Co-Founder and Chief Brand Officer of Here We Flo. This brand is completely disrupting the feminine personal care industry by challenging the cultural shame and stigma around menstruation. I mean why are periods still taboo?

In our conversation, Susan shares how she and her co-founder Tara met at the London School of Economics and created a brand that would challenge the status quo. We dive into their approach to breaking down cultural shame and stigma through humour, and how they’ve built a company culture that aligns with their values from day one.
